SHIPPING / DELIVERIES

Transport Insurance

Taking up Transport Insurance is not complusory however we highly recommend it as it covers the replacement of the product and two way transport costs if your order is damaged on arrival.

If you decide not to take out transport insurance then unfortunately you will need to deal with the transport company directly if any damage occurs on your item as a result of the transport company.

Claims for transport damage must be made within 3 days after receiving goods.

All documents will be kept on record for investigators if any dispute arises regarding your item being damaged in transit.

Delivery Times
We will aim to have it picked and packed within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Please then allow for 2-5 days - METRO destinations or 5-10 days – REGIONAL destinations. It may take longer around Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays.

If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order at that time otherwise your order will be despatched as soon as the items are available.

Note - Water Tanks, some water features and general 'Bulky' items can only be delivered within Metro Melbourne Locations. Please contact us prior to ordering if in doubt.

Track & Trace your Orderr
When your online order has been despatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with your specific Tracking number to trace the status of your order.

Our national courier company do not deliver to PO Boxes, we recommend using a work address or an address where there will be someone present to sign off the delivery.

Metro Delivery Destinations
Receiver’s postcode is serviced by our carrier’s Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Canberra depots and falls within their metro network of service.

Regional Delivery Destinations
Any suburbs that require on-forwarding, use of third party transporting or is serviced by a satellite depot are considered regional areas.

Missed Deliveries
It is important to ensure someone will be home to receipt products ordered. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, items will be taken back to a local depot. A calling card will be left at the delivery address, containing all relevant contact details. You will need to call to arrange pick up at the depot. A re delivery time can be arranged however additional charges may apply.

Where possible, we recommend using a work address or an address where there will be someone present to sign off the delivery.
With Bulky items, please read Items 2 and 3 'Important Notes' below.

Large Bulky Orders
Please note that limitation of delivery by our freight forwarder is to the front of properties, at the driver’s discretion they may assist you in hand unloading your consignment but are not required to.
If you do not have the resources to unload the delivery please indicate on your order or let us know via email in advance so we can find an alternate freight company (extra charges may apply).

Water Tanks and some Water Features are only available for deliveries to Metro Melbourne Locations and requires prebooking.

Delivery fees are not included in our price shown online.

If you order online, delivery fees should automatically be calculated based on your delivery address to selected locations. Once you have added product(s) into your shopping cart you can view this delivery cost. See also 'Estimating Delivery Cost' below.

Weekend (Saturday) Deliveries for Large Bulky Orders Only
Saturday deliveries are only available for local Melbourne customers and requires pre booking (weekend surcharge applies).

ESTIMATING DELIVERY COST
To view or estimate the shipping cost to your location, you can click onto 'View Cart' at the top right hand tab of the screen, once in,  click onto 'Click here for estimating delivery cost' and follow the prompts. Please note that you must have items you wish to order in your cart to have it working correctly.
 
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by the following methods:
•    Credit Card (you can pay in our store or by phone) or EFTPOS
•    Cash
•    Bank Cheque
•    Direct Deposit

IMPORTANT NOTES

•  All tanks will be unloaded to front of properties only (Kerb side). Once the truck arrives on site the driver will need assistance getting the tank off the  truck. Dependant on the size of the tank you have ordered, a number of persons are recommended to assist inorder to unload safely. The below guide are the number of persons recommended. This is a guide only and is not limited, but will be dependant of site specific conditions.

•    Tanks up to 3000 Litres = 1 able person + driver
•    Tanks up to 10000Litre = 2 able person + driver
•    Tanks 24,000Litre = 3 able people + driver

• iEarth Australia requests that someone is home to confirm receipt of delivery. If no one is home, our driver will leave ordered items at from  of  properties. iEarth will not accept liability for loss or damage in this case.

• iEarth Australia recommend customers take up separate transport insurance on their orders for interstate deliveries.

• Once received please inspect your order carefully before signoff of Delivery docket. iEarth Australia cannot accept liability for damage after receiving your signed Delivery docket.
