1 Manufacturer’s Warranty / Guarantee on Rainwater Tanks:-

 Infinity Trading Group warrants to repair or replace (at our discretion) any defect or fault in our rainwater tank products caused by the manufacturing process, for a period of Ten (10) to Twenty-Five (25) years (dependant on rainwater Tank manufacturer), from the date of original purchase.

 This warranty:

◦       Applies to the tank. Manufacturer’s Warranty Conditions apply.

◦       Applies to the polyethylene tank body and does not apply to tank colour, which may fade due to inclemental weather conditions beyond our control. Further, if supplied by Infinity Trading Group, the fittings (inclusive of the inlet strainer, overflow, outlets and tap/ball valve) are per manufacturer’s warranty period.

◦       Tank is designed to be installed outside the external wall of the home only. It is not recommended for internal installation – to do so will void this warranty.

◦       Is void in the event of abuse, improper installation, unsound base (site), or unauthorized modifications to the tank.

◦       Does not apply to plumbing, electrical and associated works. This should be covered by the qualified and licensed plumber and/or electrician you appoint to carry out these works.

◦       Infinity Trading Group rainwater tanks and all other rainwater tanks distributed by us are sold for rainwater storage and are restricted to that purpose only. Storage of any other materials in the tank will void this warranty.

The purchaser acknowledges that Infinity Trading Group has the right to modify the tank if it is considered necessary in order to repair the defect to which the warranty applies.

 2 Limited Warranty on Water Pumps, Accessories – Repair or Replacement:-

 Your water pump and/or Accessories are covered for a period of 3 to 24 months (dependant on Manufacturer) from the date of original purchase and is intended for domestic use only. The warranty is only made available by returning the product to your point of purchase with a confirmed cash register receipt. 

 The warranty is void:

◦       If the product has been operated on a supply voltage other than that specified on the unit.

◦       If the product shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications.

◦       If the product has been operated without adhering to specific guidelines and instructions

◦       If the product has not been stored in a dry, covered environment

◦       If the electrical connection and associated works are not installed by a qualified and licensed tradesperson.

3 Important Notes:

• The Warranty excludes consumable parts such as drain caps, priming plugs and all accessories.

   

•         The Warranty is limited to the costs associated with the repair and/or replacement of our supplied product only and not labour & other materials for disassembling and reassembling, etc.

• Without limiting the purchaser’s entitlements under the Trade Practices Act (Aust) and the Goods & Consumer Protection Legislation of the various Australian States, Infinity Trading Group shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the use of these products or any defect associated with same.

• No claims recognised unless returned in original condition within seven (7) days from date of pick up or delivery.

• No claims for shortage or breakage will be allowed unless you phone us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
